Get to know the Real Estate Agents behind Hogelin Property Group, Liberty Real Estate!
SARA HOGELIN
Sara and her husband live on an 80-acre farm in Osage County. They have two adult children whom they homeschooled all the way through. Together, they enjoy the rural lifestyle of Eastern Kansas. Fun fact: if you’ve ever wondered why her phone number area code is “253,” you can credit her Washington state roots!
Sara obtained her real estate license in 1998. Since then, she has provided buyers and sellers with result-driven, responsive, and personable real estate services. You can count on Sara to do extensive research to help her clients make educated, confident decisions.
GARRETT HOGELIN
Garrett and his wife, Ashlyn, live in Lyndon. Outside of real estate, you will find him working in yard maintenance through his business, “The Yard Guy, LLC.” When he isn’t doing his job, Garrett enjoys working on his truck projects or spending time with Ashlyn.
At age 15, Garrett purchased his first rental property. Then, in 2023, he obtained his real estate license and began working with his mother, Sara. Garrett promises to give his best effort for his clients from start to finish. When working with Garrett, you will receive quality service to help you make educated decisions.
ASHLYN HOGELIN
Ashlyn, Garrett’s wife, has lived in Osage County the majority of her life. She enjoys being with Garrett, leading a Bible study, and spending time with friends. Outside of real estate, she works at a pharmacy in Topeka.
Ashlyn obtained her real estate license in 2024. She is passionate about ensuring her clients receive accurate and helpful information. She believes every client deserves personalized attention and a dedicated approach to their real estate needs.
KAELIN BONES
Kaelin currently oversees marketing at Hogelin Property Group and works as Sara’s Assistant. In addition to her real estate work, she holds a Ministry License and serves in various ministry roles, which include traveling and speaking engagements.
Kaelin obtained her real estate license in 2025. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are and helping them achieve their real estate goals. You can count on Kaelin to be detail-oriented and continuously learning to better serve her clients.
